I was dreading finding an agent to help me due to my last couple of experiences with agents. Had several properties I was interested in and was at the point where I needed an agent.. I was impressed with the responce to my first email. It was very timely and she asked all the right questions. She obviously took a serious interest in wanting to help. I emailed links to the properties I was interested in, this was around 2 pm, and she said she'd look them over and send me all their info after she got home. She started emailing me half way through her busy day and was going to keep working after she got home to get that information over to me. She could have taken a couple days. I was expecting a week at least from my past experiences but no, she was on it. That was the first impression I got from April and that impression never left. Within 24 hours of my first email to April she had info on all 4 properties and set up walk throughs on all 4. Her son Kyle met up with me to show me the properties. Kyle was super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I was walking around with a friend checking things out. It turns out the first property we looked at was the one I was most interested in and wanted to put in an offer. By 7 that night all the paperwork had been done and my offer was accepted. That's how fast and thorough April is. Within 1 week of the offer being accepted we closed on the property. So from start to finish April found and closed within a week. That's amazing! What's even more amazing is how well she communicated. There wasn't a single question that went unanswered and I mean she answered immediately. Usually within minutes. That blew my mind. She would also reach out and let me know what's happening next, what to expect and time-lines. From start to finish I had 0 doubts I was in the best hands possible. She easily juggled all the moving parts all while having a good time. In that I mean you could tell she loved her work and loved taking care of her people. She always made it clear that even after closing she's there to answer any questions and offer any resources . It's been a couple weeks and I just got a out of the blue text from April simply asking how things were going. I can't say enough good things about April and Kyle and I mean that. I would trust them with my family and friends in a heartbeat. You quickly come to realize when working with April that you don't just have an agent, you have a good friend.

April Nalle is reponsive to her clients, and always working in their best interest. If I am ever looking to buy in KY again, I will definitely be calling April!!
